Bookprice is a small project with a simple goal: help you find the best price for the book you want, without opening a million tabs.
How this started
Truth is, I don't read that much myself. But someone who was very close to me back then devoured books, and every purchase started the same way: Thalia in one tab, Amazon in another, a quick check on Rebuy, then scrolling through Kleinanzeigen and Vinted. Exhausting.
I kept thinking: there has to be a tool that does this already. But there wasn't—at least not one that included the second-hand marketplaces where you actually find the good deals.
At some point I just started building something myself. At first it was only for that one person, but the better it got, the more obvious it felt: everyone should be able to use this.

We are a fully independent price comparison platform with no ownership ties, partnerships, or business relationships with any retailer listed on our site.
No Influence on Rankings
Our search results are based purely on objective criteria like price, shipping costs, and availability. No retailer can pay for better placement. The lowest price always ranks first—regardless of which commission we receive.

We're not owned by, partnered with, or controlled by any retailer. Bookprice is a personal project with no external investors or corporate interests. Our only obligation is to our users.

A note on affiliate links
Running servers costs money, so we use affiliate links. When you buy through one, we get a small cut. It doesn't cost you anything extra.
Two things we want to be clear about:
- We don't play favorites. The lowest price shows up first, regardless of which shop pays us more. That would defeat the whole point.
- It's your choice. If you'd rather not use our links for privacy reasons, just use the site to find the price and go to the shop directly. No hard feelings.
